Shipping Policy

1. Order Shipping

At Aurensol Unipessoal LDA we manage shipments from various warehouses, depending on the location and type of product purchased. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the preparation process begins immediately.

In general, orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. The choice of transport agency will depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order. This selection will be managed by Aurensol or the warehouse from which the goods are dispatched to ensure shipping efficiency.

2. Transport Agencies

Aurensol works with various specialized transport agencies, depending on the type of order:

  • Parcels in Europe: UPS, SEUR, GLS, MRW, DHL, DPD, CTT

  • Heavier or palletized orders: Rhenus, Dachser, TSB, Redur, XPO, CBL.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times begin counting from when the order has been prepared and shipped, not from the time of purchase.

Estimated transit times:

  • Mainland (Portugal and Spain):

    • Standard parcels: 2 to 4 business days.

    • Bulky or palletized orders: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Islands (Madeira, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands) and the rest of Europe: 4 to 10 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances or unforeseen logistical issues. The mentioned timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.

Aurensol is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as logistical incidents, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or errors in the address provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Portugal and Mainland Spain: For orders over 150 € (VAT included), shipping is free. For smaller orders, costs are calculated automatically according to the order's weight and volume.

  • Islands and the rest of Europe: Costs are calculated according to weight, volume, and destination.

5. Customs Fees and Clearance

Shipments to Madeira, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import clearance charges. These costs are not included in the order price and must be borne by the customer.

6. Order Inspection upon Delivery

It is essential that the customer checks the order at the time of delivery:

  • If the packaging shows visible damage, it must be noted on the carrier's delivery note and Aurensol must be contacted immediately.

  • If hidden damage caused during transport is detected, the customer must notify it within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt. After this period, Aurensol is not responsible for damages resulting from transport.

7. Incorrect or Defective Products

If Aurensol sends an incorrect or defective product, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, not installed, and retain the original packaging in perfect condition.
Aurensol will arrange collection of the incorrect product at no additional cost to the customer.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the correct item will be sent at no additional charge.

8. Changes of Shipping Address

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change of address at no additional cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped:

    • The customer must bear the additional cost imposed by the transport agency, even if the order had free shipping.

    • If the address error is Aurensol's responsibility, we will cover all costs arising from the change.

9. Acceptance of this Policy

By placing an order with Aurensol Unipessoal LDA, the customer expressly accepts this Shipping Policy and acknowledges having read and understood its terms.
